Winter Queen - finished 11/24

After what feels like forever.... I started a new project today. Stitched 2x2 on French Lilac by Picture this Plus (I am so excited to use this beautiful piece of purple fabby) It felt good to start something fresh today. I have not had a lot of stitchy time lately.....but I have been able to lurk at all of the great projects on the forum.

Since this start does not show much....thought I would let you guess as to what this is...if you want to play along.

If you half close your eyes and turn your head to the left and hold you right hand over your left pocket....... It looks like a turtle head.....

beautiful fabric, but I really am clueless as to what you are stitching, maybe a Joan Elliott Angel or fairy? :?

The fabric is beautiful, but I don't have a clue as to what it is yet, especially if you started in the middle. It could be part of a sleeve or a dress?

Interesting fabric choice. Will you be doing the over-one conversion for her face and hands? I really should get back to working on my WQ.

I am having loads of fun on this one - especially now that I have been able to stitch some blue. Thought I would post another pick while it still looks nothing like what the actual design is. Part of the fun for me is working on the project and watching it develop from say in this case...a mouse...to a mouse climbing a mountain.....to??? What can I say...a bit of a strange thought process.
