Rememberance Day Cross Stitch Pattern Wanted

Hello, I am a (almost) 22 year old canadian who has a mom that does amazing cross stitch work. My birthday is on November 11th (remembrance day) and I was hoping to get my mom a pattern she could make for me. My grandfather was a navy veteran, and him and my family are long time legion members and it is a very sacred day for all of us. I have had troubles finding patterns that I can get for my mom, I have only been able to find pictures of finished products and as you all know this isnt something my mom can just work with. PLEASE PLEASE help me, find one as I would like to make a memorial for all those veterans with my Grandfathers birth and death date in for my grandmother. I am open to all suggestions with the obvious themes of poppies and soldiers and even navy equipment. (Poppies being the main theme please) with space for the name Harold K. Winsor and his birth and death date (which for some reason seems to elude me currently) Thank you all so much I look forward to seeing what sources you guys can bring me. Also it doesnt need to be done by the 11th as today is the first, just with it coming up it made me think of this wonderful idea
