I am looking for the chart of a Dimensions Kit called Treasured Time. It is a snow scene with kids playing on a lake. I am stitching this at the moment but my chart has had something spilt on it and I have already started stitching it. Happy to pay.

I had a similar thing happen and I had to send about 6 e-mails. You have to be persistent because some of them are not looked at on a daily basis and some are so big that they take time to get to all request. I hope you can get your pattern replaced.

Not to hijack the thread, but would Dimensions normally be willing to replace patterns? Because I have a kit I purchased some time ago off ebay, and I just recently realised that it's missing half of its design!

I have had Dimensions send thread when there wasn't enough to complete the kit. I have bought a chart of ebay only to find that it was a fake. Complained to the seller and threatened to report them to ebay and paypal and they sent all my money including postage. Had to send the kit back though which wasn't a problem as it was missing some of the chart.

Contact Dimensions direct as i am sure they will help you out. I have done this a couple of times when I have needed threads & have found them very helpful & obliging.
