Restarted this on 12/18/12 (right after seeing the Hobbit) on 28 ct Lugana 2 over 1 tent stitch. SO MUCH EASIER and wonderfully faster. Which means that I should make up those 6 1/2 pages fairly quickly. I have completed about 2/3 of page 1 and am thinking that I will probably work on this when I have only a little time for stitching since it doesn't require much. This is all black with a few stitches of 3371 on the first row, if you can spot it.
Laverne helped me get started making sure I had all the threads by sitting on the floss list and refusing to move.

The coverage is really good and I am so pleased with this combination that except for afghans all future HAEDs or any other BAP I do will be 28 ct 2 over 1 tent. I am doing Feeling Better and Motley that way and I love the speed as well. But I'm not starting anything else over because the 1 over 1's are slower but the mechanics of stitching are easy.

Go for it Dana. I just posted my update on the Lord of the Rings subforum on the BB also. There is at least one Eternal Promise being stitched. Now that there is another sale (45% off this time) I'm thinking to go the LOTR way instead of felines. Both Eternal Promise and Frodo and Galadriel are calling at me, though I really would love them to be mini's, but I'm not sure I can wait for that.
