converting DMC to Au Ver A Soie, frustrations.

I can find a thousand conversion charts to switch DMC colors to Au Ver A Soie (I want to do a silk on silk petit point) the problem is non of the charts I found include dmc numbers under 209! does anyone know the Au Ver A Soie equivalent to DMC ,156,159,160,168, and 169?
any and all help is appreciated

I have a conversion chart for AVAS to DMC (I would post a link but can't remember where I got it from!) and it lists 4912 as DMC 154 and 3224 for DMC 169. There probably won't be exact matches of AVAS for every shade of DMC - the only brand of silk I know where that is the case is Vikki Clayton's HDFs.

very helpful! never heard of VC HDF before, but Im loving the straight across conversion. thank you
