I worked on Tinkerbell yesterday. Here is an update before her wings and the BS is really going to do wonders for her! The wings have Kreinik in them, looking forward to working with it for the first time
Love Tinkerbell. She is one of my very favorite Disney characters. Great job of stitching!

Looks really good. Is it a mix of kreinik and floss? Most of the time when I've worked with kreinik, it has been the blending filament, though I have done some which is the braid (don't remember the number). I find that shorter threads usually work better for me. There is also Thread Heaven is highly recommended by a lot of members for making it easier to stitch with any of the metallics. I have some but haven't used it yet. Also there are other brands of sparkly/metallic thread which get better reviews around here, such as Petite Treasure Braid and Rainbow Blending Thread. I haven't tried them yet, either, but plan to.

thank you I havent stitched with many metallics unless it has been provided for me in a kit.
I probably done the wrong thing with the wings, i just ordered what was written in the chart, i may have made it a nightmare for myelf by having the wrong thing, who knows
thanks for the other recommendations that have had better reviews I will check them out the next time i need a metallic!
