Vervaco kit 45698 baby booties

I am trying to replicate this kit for my sister in law but have run out of threads. Unfortunately the kit only provides colour names and not numbers for the DMC threads and the names do not match up with conversion charts I have looked at. Has anyone managed to match the colours and number them in this kit before that would like to share them with a newbie. She has had 2 boys and is due another and I desperately want the pictures to be identical as she has them framed and puts them on the wall.
