This is lovely! And of course, added to my wish list now.. lol! Though if I did it I would probably crop most of the bottom part below the birds off to make the piece smaller and focus more on the birds. I can't wait to see more progress!

I rather like the lower part of the pic, where the flowers are; though I admit the other side of the lower half looks a bit tedious to stitch! But I've got used to all the background stitching now! :lol:

Here it is. Not the whole of it, just the bit with birds on it. You are seeing it as it actually is. That foggy, out of focus look is just how it is, close to. It looks better at a distance, and since it will be viewed at a little distance I suppose it doesn't matter.
Am I the only one to think HAED don't take very good photographs of their artist's paintings? And that they should take the trouble to check the images before using them to design a pattern?
Or am I just an old moaner? :wink:
