Ok...I admit the backs of my work aren't the neatest...That would probably be because I've never actually ASKED how to do it correctly! So here I am...I was searching for tips on working a very large piece...(at least large to me) The one I want to do is 23 inches long by 14 inches high. I came across a few pictures that had little tails (I'm gonna post the picture I know my description leaves something to be desired )
I'm guessing this is probably along the right way to do things on a piece but I'm a visual learner...anyone know of a good video that might show me what they are doing here...or can someone give it a go at explaining it to me?? I will get this right eventually and I'd love to actually do my next on the right way (clean back and all ) This is the piece I'm gonna be working on and it looks as if it might benefit from the method used in the picture above!
i haven't used that method either..basically because I find it easier to just finish off the thread and re-thread the needle. I don't mind it ..
