My sister makes cards with stencils and glitter, not sure if you know the technique. If anyone does what's the best type of glitter to use? Some glitters, the glitter is to big others the glitter is more like powder. Is nail glitter any good?
Any help would be great

I used to make cards with rubber stamps! I went crazy with it..embossing, glitter, chalking, dimensional foam. I used an extrafine glitter because otherwise it would rub off too easily. I got all my glitter and glue at the scrapbooking store (most of which have all closed down). I think Archiver's is the only one still open plus what JoAnn's has. I think any glitter would work but some may rub off to quickly.

We've had a look in stores here, but they cost quite a bit and can get them cheaper online but buying online you don't get a good look at what your buying.
I guess it's all about experimenting

I had a pretty penny invested in my card-making hobby by the time you calculate my huge collection of rubber stamps, embossing ( both dry and with the powders) water color pencils, brass stencils, chalks, etc...I still have everything except the glitter...my kids used it all up
Good luck!

I have t admit, I only ever use two kinds of glitter. One is embossing glitter, the other is superfine and powderlike, but embossing glitter is my preferred method, I find too much glitter looks a little childish, while embossing looks a little more professional so for any large areas I emboss it, for small areas super fine glitter.
