Oh Reta you tease, never even thought about my little mice having to be quarantined upon arrival.
They are just so cute.

Demanding little mice, aren't they?

How awesome is it that your chart was not only identified, but actually found and is on its way to you in less than 24 hours! So cool!

First class passage as well !!!

When my daughter was little she loved watching a movie about a family of mice traveling to America from Russia on a big ship. The movie was called " An American Tale " and it was so cute. Only the mousekewitz family certainly did not travel first class.

I'm almost at the point of naming our aristocratic mice since they have quickly managed to nibble their way into our hearts. :).
Any suggestions ???

I can't wait to see your progress updates on such privileged Mice (I think they require a capital M). I have been sitting here chuckling and have a cat staring at me strangely. I'm not good with names, but since these are almost regal :king: perhaps Victoria and Elizabeth would be appropriate?

Stitchinkitty, my girls arrived safely today and look extremely well for such a long journey. :applesauce:

I can't wait to start working on them.
Have ordered my new coloured threads and as soon as those arrive I will commence right away.

Thanks so much for your generous heart, Stitchinkitty.
I promise to keep everyone up to date on the progress of these cute little ladies.

( It's going to be a welcome break from the xmas chart I'm struggling with, that is worked on dark navy fabric )

Well I didn't want to mention it ... BUT ...

They were held up at customs for trying to bring cheese into the UK.
Unfortunately, that was confiscated with a stern warning from the customs inspectors
about bringing dairy products into the country.

As for duty free, hmmm they never mentioned anything to me.

Threads have arrived and have been sorted and I'm just about ready to sew. :D
