I'm sorry but this is unacceptible. You can not send a copy of a chart, key code or anything of that nature. That would be a violation of the copyright laws and could get everyone into major problems. The only thing is to send the original chart and not keep any copies for yourself.
I realize that both of you are new to the forum and probaly don't know all of the rules but PLEASE do not get us into trouble by violating the laws of copyright.
If a board allows this type of trading it can be closed and you could be in legal trouble.
Here are some sites to look at to see what copyright laws say

While the laws concerning copyright are not exactly the same in the UK, they are similar enough, especially when it comes to an online forum like this one.
We welcome new members with open arms, as you know if you have read any of the posts. If you have only bothered to go to the "Wanted" section, you might have missed this. You might also have missed the seemingly countless times Rose has had to be the copyright policewoman.
Don't get involved in ripping off designers, it is wrong and it is immoral, quite apart from its being illegal.
Yes I am sorry to say I have had to be the copyright patrol but since I worked in Micheal's and have been on a few forums both for cross stitch and crochet the trading of patterns is allways a concern. We want designers to continue to produce wonderful patterns so we can buy stash so we have to be careful to respect there designs.
If you can find some one that would send you the original chart and not keep a copy for themself then that is not a copyright breach. Any other trading is not acceptable. Sorry I hope you can find what you are looking for. Have you tried E-bay?
Oh and a little late but very heart felt welcome to our board and we hope you can come often and join in our discussions and fun.
