I don't post a lot but I do read through the forum every day. You have done a great job here Rose and have earned a rest. I have resigned from other forums because of the negative vibes coming from various members but have seen none of that here. Good luck on your break, you'll have time to do a lot more stitching and other crafts and I'm sure we will all look forward to seeing what you get up to. Thanks to the new moderators, too.

I'm a regular reader but don't post much. I just want to thank you for the work you've done for this forum. It is the best place I've ever visited for information, beautiful work, and help. It is also the friendliest and most polite forum.

Thanks to you who have volunteered to keep the forum going forward. It is truly a wonderful resource and has inspired me to try new projects.

I joined this forum a little over a year ago. I don't post everyday, but very rarely do I let a day go by without stopping through. Thank you Rose for all the hard work you've done in making this the forum the best place on the net for stitchers. I'm sure it hasn't been easy. But when something we love starts to feel like a chore, it's certainly time to re-evaluate. You've left us in good hands!

Awww just one more thing to make me even more sad this day. I know for one that I have always appreciated all the help you have given. You have always been there for others and I have never seen you treat anyone with anything other than respect and compassion. I know that you feel you should do this but I don't have to like it I will miss you as a moderator. Yes I know the others are wonderful and will do an amazing job but it just feels like part of the family is leaving the nest.
I hope that you will still post a lot and share your work and keep us company.
