Need help with interfacing/fusible fleece !!

I am completely new to interfacing, and super confused. I am making xmas ornaments and want to put felt on the back for a more finished look. I read in a different design chart that you should use fusible fleece iron-on interfacing. How does it work ?!?! What should I use ?!?! Help !!

I use felt with a sticky backing. You don't need an iron for this, just finger press it to the back of your ornament.
