Hi, I am new to this forum and hope to become a regular visitor, (as long as I remember I joined) exchanging ideas etc., and that if I get into difficulties there will be someone willing to help.
Don't know my way around yet but will take a look and hope for the best. I love stitching and giving my projects to my family and friends but am not brilliant at it yet. Have made a few things so far and they turned out okay.
I hope someone will let me know how things work on this site, I would really appreciate it, thanks.
Hello crissy and welcome to the forum from South Carolina! I hope you will become a regular visitor to the forum and that you'll share pictures of your projects with us too. We love pictures. The Welcome section has lots of information about the forum, including how to post pictures. If the info you are looking for isn't there, there are lots of members who will provide you the help you need. We love to help, encourage and motivate each other. Be warned that you will find your stash growing the longer you hang around here. Enabling is one of our favorite activities. Looking forward to getting to know you.

Thank youCarole, for your welcome and tips about where to go first. Hope to be able to post pics etc, not made too many projects just yet but really love x-stitching and wish I had found it years ago.
If there is anything you have questions on- in the Tips-or any other section.. shout it out. Someone will be around to answer it soon. At some point, we were all beginners- on the forum and with stitching.
And I too give most of my projects away. I have to fight with myself to finish and keep them. Projects for others always go to the top of the pile while mine linger in there longer than they should. I really have to get better at prioritizing my "keeps"
Hi Chrissy and Welcome from me too, its great to have you on the forum.
I am sure you will find your way around the site really well but any questions ask away and someone will help.

Thank you all for your lovely warm welcome messages. I will post what I have made etc., soon but I will have to look up what I have done as I am unable to remember at the moment. Did I mention I have a terrible memory, ha ha.
