An Early Arrival - photo heavy! new photo Nov. 23

Hello everyone! I've been out of touch for a bit because last week our baby decided to come 2 1/2 weeks early! I won't give you too many details, but it wasn't an easy labour and my water broke around noon November 12, but Sophia wasn't delivered until 5am November 13 with an emergency c-section. She's doing really well and I'm recovering pretty well too, so in the end it all worked out as best as it possibly could.

I haven't been up to much until the last day or so since I also managed to catch a cold somewhere. We were in the hospital for 4 days, so chances are that did it.

And here are some photos of our beautiful girl, we're over the moon about her and so happy she already put back on a few ounces after leaving the hospital.
