Thank you for the lovely comments. The design is one by AAN. The lovely people at Sew and So ordered it in for me. Thanks for the suggestion Niki, I was thinking the same! When I get time I will experiment with dates, initials and names on scrap fabric to get an idea of how it looks - I've got till December to get it finished and framed :D

That's so lovely. :applesauce:

I agree it would make it extra special if you add their initials or names and the date. :)

This is beautiful! I love the pattern and your stitching is so nice. Thank you for sharing where the pattern came from. Please post a picture when you decide about adding initials and date. I'm sure they will love this.

I love this! Your color choices are lovely.

I think it is beautiful as it is, and it would be equally special with the added personalization. :) I'm looking forward to seeing your final choices!

PS - WELL DONE on getting your gift finished so early! :applesauce:

I tried the date and I tried initials and then I tried a combination of the two! Decided to keep it simple. Really happy with the frame - the picture doesn't do it justice or show the colours. The mount is a lovely blue to match the thread colours. Really hope they like it. Will find out soon as the big day is on Saturday - very exciting and emotional - my little brother is getting married!
