Wonderful design.
My biggest is 11" x 14", In Loving Memory Remembrances. Done 9 last year, 7 in 2012, and will finish with 7 this year.
I have in the "planning stage" for myself, after I get all the projects for this year, 13, including the 7, and the starting of 8 afghans in 2015 and ending 2023, 2 projects. One is the Lord's Supper, from a Leisure Arts leaflet, done on 18 ct. Aida, 21" x 7" and the other is Angel of Cross Stitch, by Joan Elliot, also done on 18 ct. Aida, 9 1/2" x 13". I don't think I could accomplish anything bigger.
The afghans are for family members and each afghan will be personalized as far as what the person likes, or decor in their lives or house. I don't think the afghans ought to be considered overall the "biggest" projects, not like HAEDS or my, In Loving Memory Remembrances, as the afghan is "big" as far as size, but the designs are "small" for what will be put on them.
Good luck in your endeavor and please post your "ongoing" progess as you go.

HAPPY STITCHING IN STITCHING LAND.
