Q Snap Frame Purchase

Post by kezibell »

Can anyone suggest where I can purchase a q snap frame from, ideally with next day delivery so I can sew all weekend (!) I'm after 11 x 17 inches.
All my internet searches seem to come up with American companies.
Thank you.

The European version of a Q Snap is an R & R frame
Try that in a search.
I'm not sure how they are different as I only have Q Snaps

Thank you, I'll google.
From what I understand, your overall fabric can be larger than the frame and it holds okay? What happens to the excess fabric, does it roll up into the clips?

The cover is to hold the excess fabric and protect it from getting dirty. It is also very easy to make it yourself if you have some sewing basics :)

I've tried Q snap covers and never really liked them. When I have excess fabric I turn it over and stick the end under the Q snap clip. Holds it out of the way and protects any stitches that might be under the clip. :)
