Hope your eyes get rested soon. I found that having a magnifying light helped me a lot, especially when I started stitching on higher fabric counts. My eyes didn't have to strain so much.

Welcome From NC ...I second the magnifing light,with my eyes i coulden't get below 14ct in bright light. and they defintly reduce headachs!!!
