Hi

After a 10+ year break from cross stitching I have decided to start stitching again. I got excited finding and sorting through my DMC floss.

Hoping it's not hard to find floss in stores? Looking forward to seeing and hearing about others projects.

Hello from the Mississippi Gulf Coast,

Welcome back from your stitching hiatus.

I don't know what is local to you. I use Hobby Lobby to get my floss locally. I also have Michaels and Walmart, though I don't shop at those two stores for different reasons. If nothing else, you should have a Walmart near you; mine carries a full line of DMC (at least as far as I can tell, it does).

What kind of things do you like to stitch?

Hello and welcome to the forum from South Carolina! Depending on where you live there are the big craft stores like Allyn mentioned. There are also on line stores where you can get your floss, though it is more expensive. In the US 123Stitch is one of a lot of suppliers. In the UK Sew and So is one of the favorites.
