Well I'm now onto the second half of the project. So exciting. This is actually the first project I've done that's more than one page. I've done a couple dimensions but those were from kits so they were all one page and this one is 4 pages. The last two were easy cause they were side by side in the magazine but this was a bit more nerve wrecking cause this is the start of the other two pages. But so far so good. Nothing looks out of place so I guess I must have counted right.

Small update here. Had to fix a slight mistake but it was nice cause it was kind of out of the way and not affecting anything. Definitely learning from this project to count 4 different ways. Count one way to make sure it's on track with the ones on the left, right, top, and bottom. Loving this stitch. Glad I'm back into it.

I just love this project! Glad to see you're stitching it again.

Hope you won't mind me derailing your thread a bit: does anyone have the magazine (Cross Stitch Collection 160) with this pattern and is willing to sell it? I've looked all over the place for it, but no luck. :( There is a lady on Ebay selling the kit, but I already have the fabric and bought most of the DMC colours when my LYS closed a few months ago.

No worries derail away. Did you try going to the magazines website and ordering issue 160? That's how I got it and it was two years after it came out.

I found something. There's a website called myfavouritemagazines.co.uk and you can search cross stitch collection issue 160. Now I can't get it to come up because it said to open the desktop version there were too many errors. If you're on your computer give it a go. I'm just on my phone but hopefully that helps some.

I found a few stores that sell back issues, but only from 2010/11 onwards. I checked the magazines website and they don't list back issues for sale, but I'll definitely send them a message now. Thanks so much for that suggestion!

Thanks. I'm glad to be back. I think what my problem is that I have an aggressive gaming bug. And my theory is that he keeps eating my stitching bugs leading to me not stitching for a while and just play games. And I have to wait for a new stitchy bug to come to me.

Wow! I love tigers, (have a few stuffed and ornamental ones dotted around my living room), even stitched a few, and this looks just stunning, looking forward to seeing the finished design. :applesauce:

Here's the latest. Can't wait for this weekend when I don't have anything planned. The last couple months was focused on my inlaws anniversary party and prepping for it. Now that it's over my wife and I. Can go back to relaxing on weekends.

It's good to see you're coming on steadily, it's always nice to see some progress even when the rest of life interferes.

All the best,

Richard.
