Hello I'm from the UK new member

Hello everyone, my name is frankie.
I'm new to this so don't really know what to do.
I started doing cross stitch last year and I don't no what got me into it. I think it is because my mum does knitting and she tried to show me but I could not do it, so I look at doing cross stitch and now I can not stop.
At the moment I don't have any friend that cross stitch, I'm 19 year old and my "friend" just same I'm getting old before my time. So I'm really trying to found cross stitch friend. To chat to show each what we are working on and maybe do a stitch along together

I also hope that you will post pictures of your work. This thread will explain how to do it. We love to watch projects from beginning to end, so don't worry about finishing. That will come. Hello from Colorado. As others said, please don't wait until your WIP is a finish before posting. For me (and probably for the others), seeing it progress is as much fun as seeing the finished product.

Don't take any notice of people who say 'you're getting old before your time' - that's just rubbish! At least you've got a hobby that you love doing - that's what's important.
