looking for freebie pattern "Four Little Hearts"

I found a super cute biscornu pattern via google image search, called "Four Little Hearts" by Indigo Rose. All references I've been able to find say that it is a freebie pattern, but try as I might, I cannot track down a copy of that pattern.
