Agi - Winter - DONE :)

Post by agi »

I started a new project the day before yesterday. It's a nice winter picture, a little christmasy, but not too much... The title is "Peacetime Greetings" or something like that, I couldn't find an exact translation...

Here is what I managed to stitch two evenings and this morning:

Image

And here is what it will look like finished - it's in a Hungarian magazine:
http://www.keresztszemesmagazin.hu/main ... 1024133631" target="_blank" target="_blank

It won't be exactly the same, because I didn't want to spend money on buying more thread when I have so many (well... I wanted to but couldn't), so I am using what I have, and only buy one or two that are really missing. So far so good.

For some reason I find it so easy to stitch. I don't have to pay so much attention as with the Ink Circle page - so I think I am going to alternate the two projects- when I get bored of this, I switch to the other and vice versa. (And, of course, some mini projects in between.)

What a lovely picture, and a good start, Agi. I love winter scenes although I haven't yet stitched any. :D

What a gorgeous scene, you have done well so far, it will be interesting to see your progress and great to see the picture gradually coming to life.

I see I must hurry with this because you will not be able to wear your best clothes for Christmas if it goes on very long.

It's nice to have a comfortable, not too challenging project to turn to, isn't it? Especially when it looks this good!
