Just registered! I'm a 30 year old Swedish guy. I used to do a little bit of crosstitching when I was 12, only for a week or so and then found my box of yarn again at 22 years of age. I did some Nintendo and Playstation inspired crosstitches for a few months.
Now I found my box again after 8 years and I've decided to start up again
It's a good hobby since it's not all about creativity - days when you're totally shot and can't even align your breakfast cereal in intriguing ways, you can still pick up the needle and do the mechanical grind while watching your favorite TV-show
Here's a Black Mage from an old Playstation game called Final Fantasy Tactics, that I stitched 8 years ago. I like details so I use the finest cloth I can find. It does KILL the eyes after a few hours! xD
Hello and welcome to the forum from South Carolina! Liked your Black Mage, though I don't know that game. What types of projects do you like to stitch?

SC, that's cool, I've never been outside of Sweden, haha!
I like to do game based stitches. I used to play a lot of video games growing up and the pixels represent a stitch very well so it looks cool in my opinion What about you?
Welcome to the forum and hello from Colorado. It sounds like you'll fit right I here - there are several guys here as well as several who also like stitching game-inspired pieces. I love the one you shared here and am looking forward to more.

So many HAEDs I couldn't possibly list them all. Current favorites are Dragon Kin, Sea Unicorns (QS), April Fairy, What's This, Dahlia, and so many starts going on. Love to cross stitch! Find me on Facebook, https://www.facebook.com/brekkana.kultiras
I remember playing FF1 a long while back and those games were so fun! I happen to be a gamer to some extent as well, so little pieces like that are awesome; I have an itching to do a game or movie related cross stitch every so often too
