Vintage Winnie the Pooh

Desperate to find a copy of a vintage Winnie the Pooh pattern that I've seen in a forum (posted by a seemingly inactive member---Pinguxx).

Am going to cross stitch to a Tunsian stitch crocheted blanket for my new niece.
