Margaet Sherry Christmas Mice Colour/shade Key

Hello All

I managed to get a copy of World of Cross Stitching magazine Issue 220 featuring the cute mice, however I only have the chart ( color shades number was in the free gift)
I have tried to match them up as best I can using the DMC color chart but it's a minefield, I would be grateful if anyone can give me the list of shade numbers needed to complete these cute mice.
