I started this one around mid February this year and got bored and stopped doing it for about 3 months...just got back to it recently. I would really like to finish it now. I'm fully concentrating on it whenever I have some stitching time...

Gosh! You've done loads. You must be a very accomplished stitcher to speed thru such a complex chart so quickly.

I really thought I'm never gonne get through with it after I stopped doing it for months. I told myself that I'm never gonna do another pattern that was a conversion from an art painting...the color changes are really tedious! But seeing the progress I made so far...makes me feel that it's all worth it!

how big is it and how many colours are in it?

It's 198 x 135 stitches (approx. 14" x 10"). It has 74 colors...endless shades of browns, grays and greens!

Isn't it really nice seeing your project grow?...It still amazes me after 10 yrs of xstitching to see the pattern chart transform into something wonderful bit by bit....and you feel the tendency and the urge to finish it right away...and not to forget mentioning that it also invades my dreams while I sleep...such is the passion of xstitching...it really gets into your whole being!
