Kitty, greetings from Colorado and welcome to the forum. I'm glad you found us.

If you've browsed a bit, you'll see that we love pictures and are a curious bunch - so....what type(s) of designs do you like to stitch? I hope you'll share pictures with us so we can enjoy your work.

You are encouraged to post pictures of your stitching and tell us who the designer is and where you found it. That makes it easier if someone else loves it and wants to get their own chart. We post wips and finished photos. The only things that are prohibited are posting pictures of a chart and making copies (other than your own working copy) of a chart or emailing pdf charts to others. Those are all violations of the copyright laws and so we cannot allow them. You can mail a chart that you have used after you have completed it and no longer want it. And if you aren't sure, ask. I'm no expert but we have members who are well versed in how these things work. The important thing to remember is to post pictures of your progress so we can encourage you and admire what you are doing!

Hello, Kitty! Is Cathy your middle name, or is there some other reason people use that nickname? I'm just curious since my sister is also called Cathy or Cat (her hubby calls her Kitty), even though her first name is Patricia. She uses her middle name.
