I'm Back!!!

Hello everybody!

After my long Hiatus from this group and cross-stitching in general, I'm back, and should actually have time to check the forum every once in a while now.

I hope I'm still welcome!

I'm still working on my Jessica Galbreath cross-stitch... Since I've actually finished an entire box (and then put the thing down, because I didn't want to see it anymore), I'll put up a pic if anyone's interested.

I'm finding more and more, that cross-stitch is something I do during the dark time of the year... Usually from late August to Febuary, and now I want to pick back up my stitches!

Oh, a bit of news for everyone here as well. I got handfasted last Saturday. Handfasting is the pagan version of a wedding, and I'm soooo happy!

It was a beautiful ceremony!

I will certainly post a picture or two of my project... Probally this weekend (it's supposed to be rainy all weekend, and my house lights suck for showing off a project)

I am so pleased with my new status... It's like a dream come true. When a recieve a good picture from my handfasting, I'll post it so that you can all see what I looked like... It was wonderful!

We've got a new baby kitten as well, His name is Jitters, and he's an orange tabby. He's only 6 months old, and trying to stitch around him will be a trial in and of itself.

I'm certain I can get a pic up when I'm putting one of my project up. I'll probally put up the one with both my kitties actually.

We've got an 11 year old grey/white long hair named Minkers, and the new Baby kitty, 6 month old orange with stripes short hair tabby named Jitters...

They are adorable, but trying to braid long ribbons around them was a trial... I don't know how I'll succeed with my stitching... Especially since Jitters is what we call a "nose to nose" kitty... meaning that he always wants to be on your chest with his nose right up to yours.
