Hi I'm T,

I recently picked cross stitching back up. Just completing a small project and now I am looking to make my first stocking. I have a custom Harry Potter design that I have been plotting out on graph paper but what is the best way to get that perfect stocking shape?? Is there a template or free stocking design somewhere? I just need the outline count so that I can plot my design inside of it before I start stitching.

Any help or ideas would be much appreciated!

I googled "template for Christmas stocking" and got some really good hits.

You say that the design is for a "custom" Harry Potter design, and I'm looking forward to seeing that. You have checked out all the copyright issues, I presume?
