I intend to keep them all together - the gap between each row of snowmen is only 20 stitches so on a 25ct that is less than 2cm!

I would say the April one is definitely a woman and so is May as well, now if they would only put August up - I am sick of the suspense of what it is going to be
Well I've promised myself that I won't be starting any new projects until I have finished my budgies and at least got the June snowman finished. I was going to do all 12 snowmen but I may drop it back to 9 depending on what comes out in the next 4 months, as I am really not keen on the baseball snowman (baseball is not a very popular sport here in Australia) and could easily drop the cowboy snowman as well.
So here is my progress on budgies:
I have been struggling to do this one recently as I was working on the area under the budgies and it is a lot of chopping and changing of colours which was getting to me but I worked on the leftmost budgie in the last few days and got a lot done.
And my progress on the May snowman:
I am really looking forward to starting my new projects (my 2 new patterns Hibiscus and Frangis and 2 HAEDS - Merry Xmas to All and Snow Family Quick Stitch) so much so that I have already started kitting them up. I bought 100 skeins off ebay (and got 101 plus the free packet of needles and pair of scissors that were included) so now have all the colours I need for all 4 projects and have the nice hand dyed fabbie that I mentioned in another thread for the patterns. So now I just need to put my new thread onto the stitchbows which I am holding off doing until I finish what I am working on (well I am trying at least) and get the fabbie for my HAEDS.
