fccs's 2017 Little Guys

I took a break from my larger WIP's to do this little guy:

It's called Whisper and it's by Permin. It hasn't been ironed yet so I just stuck it in the card for the photo.

What a little beauty that one is Debby. I love Permin designs but alas they are seldom seen down under.

Oh, that is such a sweet design. I am sure your sister will love it. I know I would most definitely lose it before Christmas if I stitched it. I'd be tempted to mail it and tell my sister it was an early Christmas card and not to forget she received it already come next December.

I brought my sister her 65th birthday gift 8+mts early (the Hardanger Sampler I stitched last winter) and now her birthday is coming up and I am planning on making her coasters (thank you Mabel for the floral designs) but they will probably be late. Good thing no one in my family expects gifts on the right day from me. Either sooner or later :oops:

My, oh my, but these little birdies are adorable. The colors are so bright and cheery...especially when I am sitting here at my desk on what is another gray and rainy day here in the Pacific NW.
