Finally I have some actual stitching to show even though it is only little cover kits from recent issues of World of Cross Stitching mags. I decided it was better to do a few more 'simple' small items than continue to struggle with these darned Christmas Stockings.
I am also waiting on a gorgeous cute birth announcement with a 'border' of Australian Bush Babies (as in koalas, kangaroos etc.) What is even better it is so cheap and I will have it tomorrow to print off my computer. It pays to check the designers web sites as often they sell direct as well as in shops. I will post on the Acquisitions site tomorrow.

They are lovely cards and beautifully stitched, Sally! I also like the fact that they are very different from each other and can suit different recipients: the Rose is a classic card, a little Deer is a cutie and the bird has a "Spring feel" to it.

I just wish it felt like spring. Thank you all for your lovely comments. Later today I will post a picture of the new chart, it came through late yesterday and I downloaded and printed it all off.. It is fabulous. I will need a big organiser to store the threads in I am sure as it
sure seems to have almost 2/3rd of the page with thread numbers!

As promised the cover picture for the Australian Bush Babaies Birth Sampler is now up on our Deliveries and Stash Acquisition thread.
I can honestly say without a shadow of doubt it is the smoothest, fastest acquiring I have ever had. Dealing direct with the designer is much easier and quicker.

I saw it, Sally and I LOVE it. It is perfect and gender neutral.

It does make a difference, doesn't it, when it is so simple to order! ( a bit dangerous too...LOL!)
