Help Needed

I have posted a note with a request to our Admins, but not sure in the Welcome section it will be seen at once. So will do it again here. There are two wonderful ladies from the cross-stitching.com's late Forum (closed on the 31st July), who have been trying to get registered here and cant. I looked at the Members section, and there have not been newbies since Aug.5, while normally there are a few a day. The ladies have told me that there are some more people trying to get registered here and cant. Please, help. Thank you in advance.
