Agreed.
People chatter when comfortable or nervous. No need to be nervous, so must be comfortable. Which is just the way we all want it.

Regards,

Richard.

Agreed too. I am a regular chatty Cathy and so far no one has told me to stop "talking". And this what the Stash & Grab is for. Besides being able to partake of all the food and drink you want with no ill consequences. And there are all kinds of special rooms if you need to yell or sing (with my voice I have to go to a soundproof room since I tend to be an off key monotone if that is possible. All I have to do to get the kids to be quiet is to start singing. Works especially well on long car trips). This is a wonderful and magical place.

Thank you. I am glad you didn't find my chatter irritating. Being new wasn't' sure.

Am busy once I sign off so you'll have a quitter day today  I know have more posts to look at & comment on but will do those another day. Am looking forward to seeing more members' work. So much to look at but lovely to look forward to seeing the projects & am sure I will learn a lot too.

Hope everyone has a good day today :D

Heyyy, that's great!
*would love to get something called béchamel sauce, without egg and the only spice is salt, and cooked potatoes of course, and apple juice and one scoop of chocolate ice cream with chocolate sauce, and maybe some :tea: and :cake: (buttermilk cake without egg) a little bit later*

Very pleased to read our worries are almost over regarding your father's house. What a blessing that will be once finalised. You'll be able to relax & recuperate after all the work this has entailed. Enjoy your travels in 2 weeks time.

I'm gearing up for providing materials for my very last AGM as secretary of a local development charity. Thought I'd give someone else a chance after 8 years, and a great guy has put his hand up, so no need to worry about the future. So I'm having a :tea: and :cake: (luckily virtual!) while I go through the papers, back here in the corner. :king:

Three cheers for Great Guy! Does this mean more stitching time for you? (your own stitching development charity, so to speak)

Oh, I think a joint celebration is in order WW, don't you? :partyhat: We'll both have much more stitching time -- well, creative time, anyway -- me, without having to organise board meetings and so on, and you not worrying about documents and estate agents. Bliss!

@Mable: Indeed! The great guy is also knowledgeable with processes and computers, so I've no doubt he'll go like a dose of salts though my methods -- and all for the better! Good for the charity, too: anything that makes it easier for the Board and related groups -- everyone is a volunteer, you see. :whoop: Guess I'll have another :cake: :P
