Re: Keeping everyone up to date
Yes, a "big thank you."
Hope this goes thru tonight, as I tried last night.
Sorry I haven't been on since the holidays.
Today I "played" in my "stash"
, to get "all threads" for the 7 afghans I "hope" to start in 2021. The last part of 2020, I will have to "make" my afghan stand.
Yest. and today, got oldest grand girl's, "winter" penguins, "fall" birds, "summer" birds and "spring" birds and middle daughter's , "fall" duck, "summer" birds, " and "spring" birds, not the same as the grand girl's done. Monday, will do youngest grand daughter's, cats. I don't do "any thing" on Sunday's with stitching and that even means "playing" or "organizing" my stash. Tuesday, will do youngest daughter's, butterflies and will have "something" from Oregon for her husband. Have dentist and dr. apps. Wed. and Thurs. Friday, will do the oldest daughter's, love/cherish. Week from this Sat., will do the "only" grandson, Pitt Steelers. And "finally, a week from this Monday, the niece's. "Had planned" on the flower of the month tea cup pattern. I "lost" 5 of the patterns already printed out some how, before my computer broke last spring, main cord, and will have to take into shop to "hopefully" take the patterns "off" the computer. "If" they can't, will have to find something else. I looked on the site of the company that had the flower of the month tea cup patterns, thru Pintrest, and "tried" to print them out again, but it wouldn't, because of a "copy write" thing.
I have 5 In Loving Memory Remembrances for this year, 2 already done, and the "final" 4 next yr.
So it's going to be a "very busy" few years for me in my "sewing", as hubby calls it.
So "if" I don't see any of you in 2019, you all have a blessed and healthy 2019.
GBU and yours.
Jeanie

WELL DONE ALEX AND CHRIS - YOU ARE BOTH LIFESAVERS.
Thank You too Chris for a clear explanation of what sort of hacking was behind it. My SIL is a computer engineer and talks in a foreign language( I'm sure) when I ask him a question.
You have BOTH worked long and hard to keep us communicating and enjoying each others beautiful hand work.
THANK YOU BOTH

Thank you both for all your hard work. What would we do without you (or the forum).

Thank you Alex & Chris for all your hard work!!!
You are Really Appreciated here. You may sit quietly in the background... BUT you are So Much part of us!
I was seriously thinking of not coming back after this second #strike#
but I ventured in 'off-line' here today and after reading your explanation and reassurances here I am!!

Re: Keeping everyone up to date
Just to let you both know that if you had not come back, I for one, would have inundated you with pms and emails and found you on FB to let you know you were sorely missed. And that goes for anyone else who goes AWOL. So even more thanks to Chris and Alex for getting us back up! and explaining why this happened.

Yup! I second that!!vanessanjf wrote:Thanks Carole. That’s nice to know we would be missed

I was really concerned that not only the forum had been hacked but our details might have been. It was only after I looked 'off line' and saw the reassurances that all details were safe did I log in.
Big Hug Carole.
