It was very confusing to me also. Don’t know anything about how either group got started and how I joined. I joined FB specifically so I could get updates when there were times we lost the forum, usually for a day or two. I’m hoping I won’t have to go back there again for a very very very long time. It’s just not the format I prefer and since my friends know that I don’t stay in touch that way. I have to admit that this time round, the messaging feature was very helpful and I thank Debby for sending me a message which introduced me to it and hope that I don’t need it again for a very very very long time.

That Facebook page was set up Way Back in the Mists of Time. Possibly by Rose, but also possibly by Bagpuss (who probably none of you will remember, being young things, forum-wise). I have no idea at all who the moderator is, sorry.
Ah, I remember, Rose especially (being relatively ancient, forum-wise )
Does anyone know how Rose is? I loved her project of that beautifully detailed engine.
At the top of the page there are two blue lines with different links. If you click on the one that says Quick links a drop down box will give you several choices. I think the third one down is view new posts. I usually start there. It used to be at the bottom of each page as a separate option. View active topics is also available in that quick links box.

Just checked and saw that she was last visited here Thursday. I hope the next time she comes by, she posts so we can all give her a big welcome back!!!

I’m friend with Rose on facebook; she’s doing well.

I missed all the fun it seems! Glad we're all fixed up now.
Life update... Moved house. All of my crafty stuff is currently in a room resembling an explosion at HobbyCraft and I have nowhere to stitch at the moment. Hoping I can get everything set up soon but it's slow going.

- Blue Moon Moose
- Nightmare Before Christmas (Haunted Mansion)
good to see you again, Ciors. Believe me, you didn’t miss much. Sounds like life has been keeping you very busy. Looking forward to seeing your stitching again, once you get settled in.

Glad you are back. I only joined beginning of the year, then life got busy & next thing I know you were not there as I cannot get through. Good to see this up & running again..

THANK YOU, CAROLE! I have made sure to check the Forum everyday but it has been difficult for me to see what the new posts were.
Now that you explained how to see the new posts, it will be so much easier.
If I may, I will post a thread in general to tell everyone as I am sure that I am not the only person, who had this problem.
You are a star.
