'Teamwork' WIP

Post by nicgoss »

This is my new project for when I stay at home! Didn't fancy carting my HAED back and forward with me as its too risky and don't want it to get damaged.

I've already made a start with this, but haven't taken any pics yet. Going home tomorrow, so will have to remember my camera.

Really nice pattern.

Is it a John Clayton design?

Thanks everyone - its actually alot harder than I first thought because it is full of fractional stitches. Luckily its on 27ct linen so it makes it alot easier and I'm enjoying the challenge as its something a little different!

..and yep its a John Clayton design - got my eye on a few, they are all so nice!!!

Mabel - thats another one of my favs!!!

The family friend who introduced me to stitching is a big fan of John Clayton, and has a number of these circular, country designs around her home.
They look so fresh and summery, they really lighten the room up :applesauce:

This is really another great project, Nic! We will all be happy watching this one grow before our very eyes...and by the rate of speed that you're into xstitching...this will only take you a little time to finish! :)

I see you got the horse's best side :-) -- looking very "countryside" already, especially to this town girl!

That's a great start, Nic! :applesauce:

I have done a John Clayton design (Riverside) Imageyears ago and remembered that it required a lot of combined colors specially on the trees and grass areas...does your project have that also?
