And this is why it is so important for all of us to pass on our love of stitching to others!

Indeed. Having, like you, been unencumbered by knowledge in this area when I started, it never occurred to me I couldn't do it -- I was young, of course, and had never tried anything I couldn't do, so that helps. I just saw something I wanted to do, and so I did it (sort of, after a fashion, and I'm still fond of it because it is so utterly not perfect)

Thanks to my daughter I have recently discovered podcasts. Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed your interview on Stitchery Stories. Can’t wait to catch up with more.
