They are both wonderful. It's a shame that it will be almost a year before they can decorate a chimney. If I had the stockings you make they would stay up all year long!

I agree with Carole, they deserve to be seen all year round.

I really do not like this alphabet. I’ve already had to rip it out and restitch because it wasn’t centred, now I think I’ll rip it out again, and try a different alphabet.

It certainly doesn't live up to the rest of that fabulous stocking, the A especially looks a bit ragged. Hope you find just the right alphabet for this beauty!

I agree. I'm not sure why that happens, but I think the most used of all my cross stitch books are the ones that have varieties of alphabets. I'm sure you'll find one that fits this stocking perfectly!

I’ve pulled Abby’s name out and I’ll have to choose another alphabet…I have quite a few.

I love the designs for both stockings, animals having fun in the snow and lots of beautiful cats!
Isn't it nice to work on such colorful projects in the winter when the weather is usually so dull and gray?

Abby is going to love this stocking. I don't think she will mind whatever alphabet you choose. I'm sure you'll find the right one!

I am working on a third project, but only one day per week. I love the picture, but it can get monotonous because large areas are a lot of shades of one colour.

Bringing it to life with the backstitching. I found a nice, simple alphabet and I think it looks much nicer. I will use this one for the second stocking too.

I agree with every thing Debby said. This is going to be a wonderful stocking that Santa will always fill with lots of goodies.
