Lisa, you put the thin loop of wire through your needle's eye (easier than putting a thread through the eye becase a) the wire loop is pointed and b) it's stiff), then you put your thread through the wire loop, then pull the loop with your thread back through the needle's aye and voilá, one threaded needle :-)

Ann_ , great tips .. I know all this tips but I still don`t really follow them .. :)) .. oh well . I guess that one day I `ll have to follow them

Have you tried using Thread Heaven? It is great for cutting down on knots and tangles.
