It's looking great, Angel, I would love to see a bunny-nose, too! :D

Well I've not been stitching much while I've been gone, but I did take pictures at the end of my stitching days, so here's more than one photo:

Thank you. ^_^

I still have to buy a few threads, I've not had the chance yet. I'm trying to decide whether I should
A) Buy 100 DMC threads. The ones I need for this project and filling the rest of the order with ones I haven't got. Works out at about 15p a skein
or
B) Buy the threads I need from sew and so as well os fancy smancy scissors and new fabric

Option B is the more expensive option of the two, but I get more things I am planning of buying.
Option A is cheaper and I'll use all the threads sooner or later.

But I don't know which one to go for. Maybe I'll just wait till the end of the month and go for option c. Buy 100 threads from ebay AND scissors and fabric from sewandso.

Well.... :thinks: if that's the case....I would choose the one which is cheaper...option A. :) You can get the threads you need and other ones you might need later on at a cheaper price!

I think I'll aim for C but go for A if I can't make it.

I spent £500 of my holiday money you see. I've taken the first half out of this months pay (Wow does having a freezer cut down food expenditure!) Then I'll see how much I have left. I've also got to buy my halloween costume yet. But I'm still torn between two ideas.

hehe well I go to this big street party every halloween! There's a catwalk which I do in costume. And there's a load of tourists. My first year I kept being stopped by people wanting their pictures taken with me. Last year I was getting stopped before I even got to the party. This car pulled up and the guy begged me to talk to his son. This year I have it narrowed down to these two:
A masquerade ghost or a vampire/sorceress

My boss says ghost, my sister says vampire. The kids will get the vampire one as will most tourists I think, but for the uniqueness the ghost is better. I just don't know.

WOW! :applesauce:

Both costumes look GREAT! But I agree that the vampire one will be more appealing to the younger generation...but both are really lovely!

Yeah, I just need to decide whether I want to do one for the kids or one for the grown ups this time. My last outfit was supergirl which the kids loved! I was going to be poison ivy this year, but I can't find a good costume and now I don't have red hair.

The bunny looks wonderful, Angel.

I also like the vampire costume better - although I am not one of the (very) young generation

The bunny is looking fabulous, you are doing a wonderful job! :applesauce:

I would aim for Option C as well, but keep Option A if its fits better into your budget.

I like both costumes! If you want to go for uniqueness, kind of stand out from the crowd, then I'd go for the top one. However, if you are wanting to make your costume more "child friendly" then go for the vampire. (not much help am I??? LOL)

More people seem to like the ghost. I think I'll probably end up building that. I do tend to go with outfits that stand out from the crowd while everyone else goes with things more along the vampire line.
