bird table chart?

hi i am looking for a chart called bird table i was told the reffrence number is : APC942.
i am looking for this for a friend and she only wants the chart. unfortunatley i know nothing about cross stitching. so i was wondering if anyone has this chart that they could e-mail me or let me know were i could get the chart without the kit it would be greatly appreciated.

I have had a good look on ebay, only the full kit is on offer at the moment.

it's a store online that ships to the UK but if you check local craft shops or stitching shops..they may have it..

tons of shops online..doesn't look as if it's OOP.
