Can you help me find a pattern

I have a pattern for a birth chart with the poem about leaving fingerprints on the wall. I have somehow lost the border pattern for this sampler. It has blocks, balloons, and bears. There is room at the bottom for the newborns hand prints. If anyone has this pattern would you be willing to share? TIA
