Well I have found a way to do a live... yes live draw! This year!!!

Australia time Melbourne - 11am Nov 7th
Canada - Quebec - Montreal - 7pm - Nov 6
England - London - Nov 6 Midnight day crossing over to Nov 7
USA - California - Los Angeles - 4pm - Nov 6
USA - Texas Houston 6pm- Nov 6
Your cities time not listed here? to to World clock to work it out.
Put in New Zealand - Wellington time: 1pm Nov 7th and then your cities location.
Press "convert time" and you will get your result of when it is on.
