CC, these are hollow, I think, if they are the ones I remember. Used them as straws to drink orange juice. YUMMY!

A surprise -- DH in one of his many forays on eBay managed to find me a cross stitch magazine with a chart of a Chummy Austin 7! A year earlier than ours, and the spokes are defnitely iffy so I'll have to change those, but a great find -- and as he said as he gave it to me, "you can change the colours of the car quite easily, can't you?" :-)

im lazy and it tightens the frame
Now those look good. Currently, I use clingfilm to protect the bit of fabric on the bottom of my frame from getting rubbed, but that thing covers it without need of the clingfilm. I might just get myself one of those. Hm. :thinks: Maybe I could get it out of someone as a christmas pressie... :thinks: Younger daughter or ex-son-in-law are distinct possibilities!

At last! The 24ct black Congress canvas for the 'fljotsdale' dragon has arrived! And what's more, it's a nice firm fabric, not floppy like evenweaves, and the holes look perfectly do-able, even though it is black. Me a happy teddy! :D
And Mr XStitch not only made my chart, he found the site selling 24ct fabric, too!
