I know th e confetti stitching can be so frustrating but in the end you will look back and say wow that looks so good. Keep plugging on.

Very nice! The shading on the face looks gorgeous! I'm glad you're able to start back up on this..sometimes a break away is all the motivation you need to get back in the game

Oh lovely!! Boy do I know the pain of those confetti stitches..and that is a ton of colors for only 50 stitches but it looks great!!!

i am happy with how she looks the colours are so vibrant and happy

well unfortunately (fortunately) my flatmate has had to borrow my car today so looks like i'll be stuck inside all day..... hmm what to do....

Well I know I said previously that i prefer cross country style stitching and all that, but in the last 3 days I got seriously annoyed with the white space around the stitching i had done so I decided

that I would actually attempt to fill in an entire page.

Yes folks thats right I actually was remarkably disciplined and sat and finished a whole page!!!! (well at this stage its a page minus 15 stitches (I don't have any 730 so off to the shop in the morning) but its done.

i went to bed around 10.30 tonight having left around 50 stitches (40 colours) left, sat and read for a while and was bored and not tired enough to sleep, so i got up and went out and sat there and finished it (only took about an hour its now 1am here).

Unfortunatley i dont have pics yet but i promise i will have within the next 2 days (bit hard to sneak around finding a camera in the middle of the night (particularly when I don't have batteries).

very happy with myself tonight, so hopefully i will start filling in the next page over the weekend!!

Ok I finally found the camera and then went to upload the photos and lo and behold i forgot my photobucket password and it wont let me log in, so i've just changed over to flickr. hopefully this works
