Its gorgeous and the background looks Lovely :applesauce:

I stitched a design with a half X stitched background in various strands and once it was washed and pressed I loved the effect it gave :)

This is looking really lovely, and I think the different effect of the half crosses makes it really interesting to look at. Giving them the stockings on Christmas day is a perfect idea :)

You've made loads of progress on this one, I love how the moon is shining! And well done on charting the lettering too, looking forward to seeing how it turns out :D

Well I havn't been on for a while as I have been stitching like crazy but one stocking is finished and the other one, I have some backstitching to do, beads to sew on and then to make it up

I have changed this one a bit, partly due to shortage of time but I am happy with the finished result. Just noticed I have to make the tassle
